Lovelies for iOS is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. The product-specific terms below explain the optional Download access subscription and account controls.
Preview access is free. Download access is an optional one-month auto-renewable subscription that unlocks saving, original downloads, sharing, and the ability to publish selected matched photos to Featured Photos for available matched photos.
The app shows the current localized price before purchase. Payment is charged to the Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Use Profile > Download access in the app to restore purchases or open App Store subscription settings. Deleting a Lovelies account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it separately in App Store settings to prevent renewal.
An active Pro member may explicitly publish a verified matched photo to the in-app Featured Photos feed. Lovelies shows only a watermarked preview to signed-in members, does not accept user-authored captions, and does not show the publisher's identity. The publisher can unpublish at any time. Members may report a photo, which can be hidden immediately pending review; reporting also blocks the publishing member for the reporter. Lovelies may remove content that is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, infringing, or inconsistent with these terms.
Download access applies only to available matched photos and does not guarantee that a particular event or image will be available. Photo matching remains optional. Data use, retention, deletion, and support controls are described in the Lovelies privacy policy.
